C&R Pond Dog Days

I’ve been out Monday, Tuesday and today between 7pm to 8pm with some decent catches. This summer been a sight better than last summer. I’m still relatively new to bass fishing, but I attribute the recent success to a couple of things. First, I have slightly better equipment. Secondly, my lure choice and presentation is better. Thirdly and most importantly, the fishery is better.

Today, I saw the intensive aerial spraying gave strengthened overcast conditions near dusk, shadowing to a eerily beautiful banded sunset. The bass reacted with a vigorous bite.

Unfinished cedar bed frame

Are there any wood workers who would be interested in this? My dad and I cut all this wood up and he moved so now I don’t have the wood working stuff or time to finish it. It is for a king sized mattress if I remember right. Everything is already cut down to size and been run through a planer a few years back. Humminbird 899 depth finder shows 1 ft depth when going faster than 15 mph

I’m sorry if this isn’t the correct area for posting this question.

I have a Humminbird 899 CI SI combo depth finder that displays 1 foot depth when I go faster than 15 mph.
When I drop down below 15 mph the correct depth is displayed.
I updated the software on the unit and still had the same problem.
I chatted with HB support and they said that the transducer might be loose, but I haven’t had time to check that yet.
I’ll check it the next time I got out.

Has anyone else ever run into this problem with their depth finder?
