Ben and I met up with FischerFrank this morning. Ben and I got there about 8:30. Ben got a hit on his first cast and reeled in a 12 inch lmb on a 6 inch pumpkin yamasenko, wacky rigged. About 20 minutes later he reeled in a 14 inch on the same rig. I got skunked. It was nice to get a couple hours of throwing in lines with the boy and a chance to catch up with Frank. We also noticed a ton of baby bass swimming around the little pier so hopefully they get big soon. Rumors of the demise of fishing this little lake may be a bit premature. Both of Ben’s fish had nice fat bellies.IMG_20150919_103903.jpg
