I’ve been out Monday, Tuesday and today between 7pm to 8pm with some decent catches. This summer been a sight better than last summer. I’m still relatively new to bass fishing, but I attribute the recent success to a couple of things. First, I have slightly better equipment. Secondly, my lure choice and presentation is better. Thirdly and most importantly, the fishery is better.
Today, I saw the intensive aerial spraying gave strengthened overcast conditions near dusk, shadowing to a eerily beautiful banded sunset. The bass reacted with a vigorous bite.
